It looks like there is already a Serpentine user with your email. If you are
that user, please provide your Serpentine password so I can link your existing
account to your account.
RE: Today's Changes and Update on Premium Memberships
You need to hit the refresh button in the lobby and possibly also in the game room. If that doesn't work, you will need to manually clear your cache, which can be done in the Tools -> Internet Options section of IE.
